Accelerate Her Future is designed to provide women of colour (Black, Indigenous, and Women of Colour) in college and university business and tech programs and recent graduates interested in pursuing careers in business and tech with a unique opportunity to invest in their career development and accelerate themselves as strong candidates. The Summit is for women of colour who are looking to invest in themselves and connect with leaders and a peer community to accelerate their career while gaining the needed skills and networks.
Our mission is to provide innovative career accelerator programming that unleashes the career-launching opportunities for women of colour – to claim their power in the workplace. We envision a world where enhancing representation and leadership of women of colour at all levels, isn’t the cool thing to do but the norm.
Why? Well it’s 2019 – let’s be real.
