Virtual Career Accelerator

Calling all mentors! Accelerate Her Future‘s (AHF) Virtual Career Accelerator is a fully-funded, 16-week program serving 36 self-identifying Black, Indigenous and women of colour based in Ontario. The program offers career readiness bootcamps, technical upskilling tracks, work-integrated learning projects, group mentorship, career coaching, and mental health and wellness educational sessions.

We are looking for mentors with experience in one of the three tech upskilling tracks: UX & Digital Marketing, Web Development and Data Analytics to participate in our Virtual Career Accelerator program. Selected mentors will participate in small group mentorship circles creating a safe, welcoming environment, facilitating inclusive conversations about careers in business and tech, and supporting participants as they work through the program.
