AHF Virtual Summit 2024

FLOURISH

Flourishing in ourselves, our communities, and our workplaces

Nov 22 • 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST

Flourish is about redefining success on our own terms

As Indigenous, Black, and racialized women, we are challenging the notion that success must be synonymous with struggle, overwork, and burnout. We are redefining success on our own terms. It’s time we get to flourish in every part of our lives – within ourselves, our communities, and our workplaces.

Nurturing
Inner Joy

Join us virtually as we bring together leaders, changemakers, innovators, and activists to uncover what it means to cultivate inner flourishing in life and work. Learn the habits, practices, and mindsets that will help you navigate beyond imposter phenomenon, perfectionism, and burnout toward greater joy, wellbeing, and sustainable approaches to work.

Thriving
in Community

There is power in a collective. Find strength in being connected to a community that celebrates, uplifts, and supports one another. Engage in meaningful conversations with a network of Indigenous, Black and racialized women and allies about self and collective care, solidarity, and the many other ways we flourish in community.

Flourishing
in the Workplace

From impactful fireside chats that engage in real talk about reimagining inclusion to thought-provoking panels that explore psychological safety and genuine allyship, immerse yourself in conversations with Indigenous, Black, and racialized women about what we need to flourish in the workplace and how you can collaborate with peers and leaders on meaningful ways to create transformative change.

Here's some love from our past Virtual Summit attendees

“The AHF Virtual Summit provides Indigenous, Black, and racialized women a safe and brave space to have candid conversations about how to navigate the workplace and develop their careers. The summit is also a space for people leaders, DEI, and HR professionals to explore ways to better recruit, retain, engage, and advance Indigenous, Black, and racialized women. The support and engagement from the participants is remarkable to witness along with insightful, accomplished and engaging speakers.”
